This exceptional Austin Productions sculpture captures the iconic Shou Lao, the Chinese God of Longevity, in a striking pose atop a mythical turtle with dragon features. Crafted in 1992, this rare piece showcases Shou Lao with his distinctive bald head and long, flowing beard. He is depicted holding the revered "Peach of Immortality" in one hand and a removable carved dragon head wooden staff in the other. The statue is meticulously adorned with a hand-painted, gilt-accented robe that highlights the fine craftsmanship and attention to detail.
