A.C. Williams Cast Iron Coupe, c.1925–35, Stamped 3L & 2, 5⅜"
Steeped in the optimism of America’s early motoring age, this delightful cast iron coupe was produced by A.C. Williams of Ravenna, Ohio, circa 1925–1935—a golden era when even children’s toys echoed the pride of progress.
Painted in classic black with gold spoked wheels, silver headlights, and a single red tail lamp, this sturdy little car captures the spirit of the Model T era in miniature. Its two-piece “take-apart” body, held by a slotted center fastener, and the interior stamps “3L” and “2” are hallmarks of Williams craftsmanship. From the confident curve of its fenders to the jaunty spare tire mounted on the rear, it exudes the timeless charm of pre-war design.
Condition
Good overall condition with gentle wear and scattered paint loss consistent with age. Wheels are functional, axles secure, and no structural damage noted. Presents beautifully with rich surface character and original factory detailing intact.
