The Desert Rose pattern was introduced by Gladding, McBean & Company and was created by Annette Honeywell in a style that reflects Asian-inspired Southern California décor of the early 20th Century. The design features hand-painted clusters of vibrant pink flowers, olive green stems, and brown branches forming the trim, all set against a creamy background.
Desert Rose china became popular for its unique design and durability, which contributed to its staying power. Notably, it was chosen by First Lady Jacqueline Kennedy for use in the White House. This set includes a variety of plates, bowls, saucers, and serving pieces, making it perfect for both everyday use and special occasions.
