Manufacturer Information:
S. Karpen & Bros. was a prominent Chicago-based furniture manufacturing firm specializing in upholstered furniture. Established in 1880 by Solomon Karpen and his eight brothers.
Craftsmanship and Design:
- Solid Wood Construction: Each chair is crafted from high-quality wood, ensuring durability and longevity. The natural finish highlights the beauty of the wood grain.

- (4) Side Chairs: These chairs measure 41.5" in height, 18.5" in width, and 20" in depth. The seat dimensions are 18" x 17" x 17".
Condition:
- Signs of Use: The chairs exhibit typical signs of use, including finish wear and minor scratches, consistent with their age.
- Wobbly Joints: Some joints are loose and may need re-gluing to ensure stability and longevity.
