About the Artist:
Julie Ford Oliver,
an illustrator with over 25 years of experience, transitioned back to fine art after her youngest child graduated from college. Currently, she explores various media, allowing the subject matter to dictate her artistic choices. Her primary studio is located adjacent to her home in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with an additional workspace on Main Street in downtown Las Cruces, where she also instructs painting. Julie finds her greatest joy at the easel, whether engaged in her daily painting discipline or sharing her knowledge with fellow artists on the journey of lifelong learning.
