About the Artist:
Travis's upbringing in Hart, West Texas instilled in him a deep appreciation for community and art. Encouraged by his grandmother Gaylia, he began exploring his artistic talents under the guidance of Audell Thomas. Despite initially pursuing a career in ministry, Travis discovered a dual passion for art and pastoral work. Today, as the senior pastor at Saint Stephen United Methodist Church in Amarillo, and having served previously at Morning Star United Methodist Church in Las Cruces, he continues to nurture both his congregation and his artistic pursuits, finding inspiration in landscapes, cattle, and still life.
