Located at the SW corner of Church Street and Griggs Avenue. The building in the background is the Bascom-French Co., now the site of the Federal Bldg. The Temple was demolished in the mid-70’s. - Main Street, Las Cruces c.1912
Looking north along Main Street, the power line marks Griggs Avenue. North of that, on the left, was a bank, then Manasse Brothers’ Dry Goods Store, followed by a theater. - A.B. Sage Home c. 1905
Looking north from near the intersection of University and Espina, the Sage Home, now the Hacienda Restaurant is in the foreground. The next house to the north is gone, but the other two still remain." - Dona Ana County Courthouse c.1910
The original county courthouse stood on W. Court St. between Armijo and Reymond. Constructed in 1883, at a cost of $50,000, it was demolished in 1938, to make way for Court Junior High School."
