British/Canadian Turtle Helmet
British/Canadian turtle helmet, marked 'RO & CO DI 4/1952', captures a piece of military history. It includes a reproduction snap-on liner that maintains the original design's integrity.
Helmet features a front rim seam and swivel bales, although two loops appear to be replacements, marked RO & CO GG 4/1952. An internal band from a later period, marked C.W.L. 1972, adds to its historical layers.

Condition:
Good, with some finish wear and loss. Age-appropriate wear is evident along with some writing on the outside of the helmet. Notable issues include tape residue and paint loss to the edges, and the elastic has aged, showing the helmet's authentic use and storage over the years.
