About the Artist:
Geraldine Tso is a gentle and focused painter, born in Gallup, New Mexico and raised in Standing Rock, New Mexico. Her artistic parents encouraged her to draw, color and pay attention to the beautiful and enchanting landscapes surrounding her. Her works nudge toward surrealism, but the natural earth tones, bright blue skies and moonlit shadows of the Southwest are purely traditional. The night sky and moon often appear in her works. She favors handmade paper, and works with acrylic, watercolors and ink. Geraldine has shown in prestigious shows, including Santa Fe, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, and Phoenix, and her paintings have graced both books and magazines throughout the Southwest. Her talent is on full display in an Artist Room designed by her, in Nativo Lodge, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
