Lisa is extremely kind and generous, and she gives away at least 90% of the profits of her company Cheap Therapy ... Handcrafted Paper Art That Celebrates Life. She creates handmade paper posters, word posters and word cards, journals and specialty books, including her signature ABCs For Life books. About the Artist:
Lisa Richey, Lake Waccamaw, NC
Lisa stepped out of a very long banking career as a result of the “adventures of multiple sclerosis.” Once she “realized she had a right brain,” she began creating "Cheap Therapy — handcrafted paper art that celebrates Life." Created in her home studio, Lisa primarily uses plants, paper scraps and dryer lint to make her handmade paper. At least 90% of Cheap Therapy profits go to various charities.
